New to your community. Used my CPAP for the first time last night. Will take some getting use to but already doing a little better. I will check in from time to time to read the news.

Re: New to CPAP
I've been on for about 10 days and already feeling results. Still tweaking things but making progress.
Re: New to CPAP
It's great news that you are (both( already getting positive results.
That is very fortunate, as not everyone has immediately obvious improvement.
Keep it up and keep improving your health.
This really is good news.

Re: New to CPAP
Welcome! Find a mask that is comfortable to you and doesn't leak. Many folks go thru several masks before finding one that works for them. Work all your issues here. Do bunches of searches to see what cleaning methods, hose covers, hose management systems, data, etc... There is a lot to learn but there many people here that will help you!
