Bought it around 8 months ago from MCS, used it around 5 times
it plugs in to a cigarette lighter or use the power supply (supplied)
can also run off battery (sold separately)
it can be carried in a handbag so ideal if caught away from home overnight.

I have moved from CPAP to VPAP so its no longer of use to me
it is in the same good condition I bought it in.

It is not auto, it has fixed pressure settings that can be reset to your requirements.
