11 days in - Help interpreting Data

I'm 11 days into the apap. I imported my data into Sleepyhead, but I have almost no idea what it all means.

Which data should I post here for your assistance in interpreting?

I'm still waiting on Sleep Management Solutions to send me a new mask as I wake with the current one blowing air all across my face.

Did you read my little tutorial (top of the main forum page in announcement section) as it will get you started and in it I also have examples of what I like to see on the reports.

Basically the AHI bar graph on the left and the graphs on the right
Event
Flow rate
pressure (if using auto adjusting pressure is used otherwise it really isn't needed)
Leak
and maybe the Flow limitation or snore graph on the S9 if it is very active.

Those are the main ones I suggest that newbies get a handle on understanding...all those other graphs about respiration and tidal volume or stuff...not needed

One thing I'd do (if you know how and if not we'll help) is raise your low end pressure of 4 (which is the default machine low, and not really breathable at) to 8 or 8.5, as your numbers show you've stayed at around the 9+ pressure level most of the time. If events happen there or at higher #'s the machine may not be able to reach them in time from 4.

Some of your snores seem to be when ramp is used...that 4 cm setting especially that cluster at the beginning of the night.
I can't see the actual settings (my eyes are old)...what are the actual min and max setting?
Is it really 4 cm or is the 4 cm we see from ramp usage?

Are you okay with your breathing at 4 cm? Some people find that pretty stifling...
How is your sleep quality? Wake often? If so, why?

Yes it set from 4 to 20. I can breathe at 4, but per your advice above I just raised the min to 8. My husband said I was snoring at the beginning last night.

The wake up's since cpap, are usually due to the mask leaking and blowing cold air on my face and then the annoyance of the mask being tight on my face in an effort to prevent the leaks.

I do recall waking up once due to the high air pressure, I had to hit the ramp button to get back to sleep.

I think that you will find that with the 8 cm minimum that your maximum pressure will stabilize and not go so high and lessen the chance for those wake ups because of the higher pressure.
Your events graph should like be "cleaner" with less what I call "clutter" .
Sleep quality should improve a bit.

Here's last night's data. The higher minimum pressure seems to have helped.

I couldn't get to sleep so I used the ramp function at first goes from 4 to 8 in 15 min. I did wake up at 1:30 and I'd had enough of the mask on my face. It appears I had a few events right before then.

The "clutter" sure went away. Looks good.
The maximum pressure line has stabilized.
Now is when you get to do the "give it time" thing and just sit back and get used to it.
