1 week into a switch to APAP

Post by Double A » Thu Jan 23, 2014 8:52 am

from CPAP. I'm definitely sleeping better but still there is still room for improvement.

I'll post my SleepHead stats below. Any recommendations on adjustments I should make?

My CPAP pressure was set at 8 and I set my APAP with 7-12 range so far.

Last 7 days:

AHI: 4.07
Hrs per night: 7:02
Average pressure: 8.67
95% pressure: 10.84
Average leaks: 12.25
95% leaks: 30.00

That AHI.....what is the event category breakdown?
Are you sleeping well...feeling decent?
What do you feel needs improvement?
How many hours of sleep are you getting and are any of those hours fragmented for any reason.

and especially...when evaluating AHI we need to know the event category breakdown in average per hour..
Centrals
Obstructive apneas
Hyponeas
per hour index...not total over the night

Can you provide on some insight on how to retrieve that data? I've played around with it but don't see that detailed information, I have Sleepyhead and Rescan.

Both ResScan and SleepyHead have detailed graphs available that show the event category breakdown.

Where are you getting the information that you posted which says "last 7 days"

In SleepyHead the daily detailed graphs are under the "daily" tab. Explained here

In ResScan the download default is for summary data only so you may not get the detailed graphs.
This video explains how to change the download
