Getting sleepy again -- need help

I have been using a CPAP mask and chin strap for about 1 1/2 years. My life has been totally transformed and I have felt like a new person UNTIL my chin strap got stretched out. O2 Medical gets my supplies for me and the chin strap they ordered me in August, 2013, still is on backorder. I know I am opening my mouth at night because I wake up with dry mouth and I am starting to get sleepy in the afternoons and when driving home. I DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS. Can anyone tell me a reliable online company I can deal with to order a chin strap? I have been using the Phillips chin strap. Any help would be greatly appreciated and since the Phillips chin strap is apparently hard to get, if you can recommend another, I would really appreciate it.
