Your leaks are well within acceptable levels.
Regarding leaks...mainly you need to understand how your machine is reporting them and then you can decide if they are acceptable or not.

Respironics machines report Total Leak which is the mask's expected vent rate PLUS any excess leaks..you won't ever see a 0.0 total leak number.

These machines can compensate for a good bit of excess leak before things start going downhill because of leaks and with the Respironics machines it seems to be somewhere up around 80 to 90 L/min before large leak territory is possibly going to affect therapy..
We aren't ever told an exact number as to where large leak territory is...it varies with model of machine, mask used and pressures used (so hard to give an exact number) but past experience with software that will flag large leaks ....somewhere between 80 and 90 L/min and with your model machine...90 L/min.

The worst your leak ever got to was 50L/min....could have been a brief refitting spike or maybe a longer spike but still well below 90 L/min no matter what the reason and the overall average is/was around 34 last night.. so even without seen the leak graphs I pretty much can tell that leaks weren't very exciting last night.

So in terms of therapy effectiveness..leaks not an issue.
Now if the leaks are waking you up..and even if they are tiny...then we want to work on limiting leaks but because they are affecting sleep quality and waking a person up and not because of negative impact to therapy itself.

95% numbers...that just means for 95 % of the night your numbers were at OR below that number. People tend to forget the "or below" part of the definition and get all in a panic if it is a bit high but most of the time there is no reason at all for panic.

See if my comments here help you understand leak numbers
