Youth mouth guard for dry mouth

I have been using two of these. One molded for my top teeth and one for the bottom teeth. I have tried the double mouth guard and it was too thick and uncomfortable to work. This helps me keep my tongue in position and helps me keep my mouth closed because it helps me form a suction in my mouth. I bite down very hard to keep them thin. I get mine at Walmart and they are much cheaper there. It has made a huge difference in my therapy and I thought it might help someone else that is struggling with dry mouth and keeping their mouth closed. YMMV

Has anyone else tried this?

I've been considering trying to attach one of these to the TAP PAP upper mouthpiece to try and keep my mouth closed.

The TAP PAP is a great mask but I mouth breath too much with it and the chinstrap didn't help.

I don't think attaching it would help as much as just using it with the Tap Pap. This is just my opinion, but you could try it both ways.
