Pillar Implants
Snamvar,
By far the most extensive patient discussions I have seen regarding the pillar implants have been on a message board called TAS. You may wish to use the following search link for the words "pillar" and "implant":

Snamvar,
I spoke to a surgeon about all of the options available to me and he discussed the implants. The proceducre is entirely too new to have any meaningful data on long-term benefits. Unless you like the smell of cedar chips, I don't know why you would want to be a guinea pig. It's an unproven procedure, stick with your non-invasive treatment.
