traveling CPAP machine

Does anyone have an opinion on traveling CPAP machines. I am considering the small Z1 CPAP machine that is at and is as big as a soda can. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks. wellrested

Flying: I got fed up lugging my brick through security & hauling it out so TSA could test the filter for gun powder, & the amount of space it took in my carry on bag, so I did get a Travel machine, but don't use it.

It was smaller than the brick , via having no humidifier section, but didn't have exhale pressure relief & I was used to that on the brick & found I need it.
I didn't realize that till after had purchased it.

I think it may have been a Z1, not sure, will check it at home tonight - but if you need exhale relief, check the unit you are looking at has it.
