Apps and monitoring

Post by justminick423 » Mon Jan 06, 2014 2:02 am

So I am sorry if I am posting a lot. I am trying to do separate threads to keep topics appropriately categorized.

I have a company that doesn't yet implement the feature of the Iphone app. My machine supplier company just got a new company for the monitoring... U-sleep or umbian or something. They have an app and I am just anal enough to want to use it.

Does anyone eet use an app? I'd love to know. I want to use it to monitor my sleep quality in conjunction with the app I use monitoring my movement. Then I can compare my mood with it and see the correlation. Just for fun. Bc I am anal.

What are some other cool monitoring methods you use, if any?

In order to answer your question we need info. At the top of your page is Control panel, by going into it you can set the equiptment you have to use. In comments you can tell up more, such as your pressure. Please use Text not Iconny, if you use Iconny you might as well leave it blank as everything looks the same. The software to read data needs to work with your machine, and also be able to work on your flavor of computer. Jim
