Traveling with equipment

I have both a cpap and portable oxygen concentrator and am looking for a rolling case that might hold both of these pieces of equipment.

Has anyone found a good solution. If the two pieces would fit in two cases that lock or fit together, I'll be able to get them overhead easier as it is getting harder for me to lift them.

Any tips appreciated...and thanks.

Most people put their Cpap case under the seat in front of them like carry-on (or overhead), but the 02 thingy might go at the front of the plane where larger items are kept by the attendants.

I have no idea how big your oxygen concentrator is, but I use an "underseat" bag for my CPAP equipment:
