I cant get detailed charts from resmed software

I've read the manual I did what I thought it says to do . I can only get the graphs to show . Is there a trick to it ?

So why don't you show what you have? As I understand it the graphs ARE the detailed data. Did you mean the 2 panes display to look at the respiration wave shape?

Getting Rescan to work is a hit and miss affair. There are problems with recognizing the card reader if you're using the S8, problems getting the data to download, problems getting detailed charts, problems with program hangs, lots of the spinning blue wheel, the whole nine yards. The software is flaky, especially with Windows 8. I just keep poking at it until it works. Not much of a solution but that's what it amounts to.

It helps if you download Mozilla Firefox. My RT called ResMed and they told her to use Mozilla Firefox instead of Explorer.

Lukie, I don't understand that advice. ResScan is a stand alone Windows program which doesn't require a browser to operate. What am I missing?

Bob, I have an S8 and have installed ResScan on XP through Windows 7 with no problems. Now, Win 8 may be different.

That's one of those posts that, after reading it, you just shrug your shoulders, toss a couple of question marks in the air, move on, and forget about it. There is no explaining those kind so don't waste your energy even trying. I had the same question!
