Hi guys
This is my first post
I am trying to import data into the Sleepyhead program on my Mac. No joy. I plugged the card directly into my machine and can see all the contents of the SD card perfectly fine, but nothing happens when I go through the import dialogue.
My machine is a "System One RemStar Pro with C-Flex+ (461CA)" according to the Sleepyhead program, complete with the serial number, so I assume something got communicated. This is driving me nuts. I have tried to see if I could get into the "clinical settings" menu, but not sure if I can even do that with the model I have. I got this machine about 6 months ago, and even though there were many other choices at my sleep center, they told me that this was the best one. In reading up about this, I am not too sure any more? I have seen somewhere that this particular machine has been discontinued.
Please help? I really would like to see what my sleep patterns look like. My doctors have not been awfully good at communicating with me.
Thanks in advance!
Casper

Re: Trying to Import Data to Sleepyhead
You need to use the patch for Mac in order to have Sleepyhead work. Unfortunately, I have a new PR bipap auto bi-flex and I also cannot view correct data from Sleepyhead. Good luck.

Thank you, robysue! That worked wonders! I can now see all the gobbledygook, but have no idea what it all means
