I'm picking up my PR BiPap AutoSV Advanced today. Can anyone direct me to therapy tracking software? I understand SleepyHead doesn't work with this machine, hope I'm wrong. Thanks.

If you get a model 960...you will need to use Encore Pro 2.12. Nothing else will work with it just yet. I sent you a private message with information on how to get it.

If you get a model 950 you might be able to use SleepyHead. Some 950 users have had success with SleepyHead...some haven't. It's hit or miss. If you get a 950 model...you can use EncoreBasic which is much easier to manage than Pro.

The main differences between the 50 series and 60 series machine is the heated hose option. If your supplier had to order the machine it will most likely be the 60 series machine that you get. You may not get the heated hose itself as it is an option that requires a different hose, humidifier lid and power supply but it is still a 60 series machine.
If uncertain as to model number...it is shown on a little sticker on the bottom of the blower unit.
