New to all of this.

For the past few years I was having a lot of symptoms of having sleep apnea. So last week I bit the bullet and saw a sleep doctor. Last night I had my first sleep test to see if and how bad my apnea was. My sleep tech at 4 am came in to my room to replace some senors and I asked how bad it was. Her words were "bad". She said I have severe apnea. I was having periods of apnea almost every minute with my lengths being from 20 to 50 seconds and my O2 stats dropping to the high 60s. So it seems like I will be being placed on a CPAP machine. There are just so many options out there and my doctor at my first visit said I would be able to put my thoughts in on what one I want to be on. I just don't know where to begin. I might be jumping ahead of myself but was just looking for some help on what others have.
