Started off 3 years ago on Cpap with a pressure setting of 5.0cm, I was using a Liberty mask at the time, after about 2 years at this pressure I was not sleeping as good and posted on this site, Pugsy advised me to try and increase my settings up too 5.5 or 6, I uped it to 6 and felt much better for it.
2 weeks ago I got a new mask P and K Eson which has been really good but the last few days it seems that I don`t seem to get enough air at certain times.
Would I be OK to up my settings a little bit more, I mean is it safe to do so ??

Re: Pressure cm
Your machine goes up to 20...some people are safe at that level. Try increasing .5 at a time. Try the increase for several days and then increase by .5 again if necessary. If we would check with the members on this board I bet we find that the average cpap pressures are between 9-12 for most. You are at a low pressure.
