FlexiFit HC431 silicone cushion swap

Post by Gmdfunk » Mon Nov 25, 2013 7:08 pm

I use a FlexiFit HC431 mask and when you buy the mask it comes with a small, medium, and large cushion. I use the large but have unused medium and small cushions.

If anyone else has the same mask and doesn't use the large size and wants to trade, send me a PM, or answer on this post. I have worn out my large cushion and am currently patching it with tape where it has formed a hole. So in the interim between saving for a new mask, a trade of cushions would help me out, and would be beneficial to people who need a small or medium.

cushions of flexi fit masks are lousy b/c they don't have the technology of the double silicone flaps. And therefore don't seal well as do Resmed and Respitonics cautions. I wasted almost a year of treatment by fooling around with the hc 431 and hc432 masks. F& P don't hold patents on the technology.
I have in my drawers about 10 masks of each ready to throw them away or give my dog to play with them.

Why buy a new mask when all you need is the cushion. Just buy a large cushion.

Like Squid says...why not just by a new cushion (or even a couple) in your size?
I just checked EBay...$10 buy it now price from one seller and comes with free shipping.

I've bought cushions on Amazon as well, No RX needed.
Whether it is DME's selling their "extras" out the side door or close-outs from losers in the competitive bid circus,
I don't question why--just get a deal and smile.
