Ever sleep unmasked yourself?

Post by ddk » Fri Nov 22, 2013 12:08 pm

I've now had my machine for just over a year and this is the first time that I've ever woken up (5am right now for me) to find myself without a mask on. I've consciously taken it off a couple of times and fallen back asleep without putting it on, but this is the first time I wasn't aware of either. It's kinda freaking me out. According to the data I only lasted four hours with the mask and slept two hours without it before waking up gasping and wondering why my mask was off.

This is pretty common, no need to freak out. If it happens often, there are solutions, but if it's just the one time, forget it.
