Exhale dreams?

Last night I thought I was having repeated dreams of not being able to exhale and having to remove my mask to exhale. Today I checked my data and my AHI was 4.85. I do know that isn't high but it is higher than normal for me. I also noticed that I did have my mask off several times during the night so I am wondering if I was really dreaming. I very seldom dream. What data do I need to check to see if I was really not able to exhale?

I guess the flow data would look something like this.....apnea (horizontal line) and then exhale (downward sloping line).

Thank you for the reply but I don't know how to look at that in ReScan and I am not sure about Sleepy head with my machine but it looks suspicious but I am just not sure.

I'm not familiar with ReScan....maybe Pugsy?

It is very possible just crazy dreams. Years ago I had dreams that continued all night so that is not unheard of for me. It has just been a long time.
