Sleepy Head No Data
Sleepy Head No Data
Can anyone tell me why Sleepy Head shows no data every third night?

Re: Sleepy Head No Data
That's a new one for sure.
SleepyHead needs all the detailed data files (that would be the detailed graphs in ResScan) to do anything. So if the SD card is left out of the machine..those detailed data files are gone because the S9 doesn't save detailed data on its internal memory.
When the SD card is then inserted the summary usage data that is stored on the machine's internal memory will get written to the SD card. ResScan will still show the AHI and usage data but it won't show the detailed graphs.
Since SleepyHead requires those missing files to do anything...SleepyHead will always show no use for the nights that the SD card was out of the machine.
So with all that said...that's the mechanics of what happens when the SD card either is left out or is not inserted fully.
Now for that to happen every 3 nights...that's totally weird.
So check with ResScan to see if it shows the detailed graphs (not just the summary statistics)...if the detailed graphs are present in ResScan then we have a SleepyHead problem.
If the detailed graphs are absent for those nights in ResScan and you know with absolute certainty the card was for sure inserted properly and fully then there may be something wrong with the S9 writing to the SD card but that would be very unusual and even more unusual for it to repeat every three nights.
So how many every three nights pattern are we talking about?
