pillairo complaint

Post by farmdog2013 » Mon Oct 28, 2013 10:11 pm

Hi

Just wanted to say that although this mask was very comfortable, I have been through 3 in less than a year. In two cases the little plastic clips on both sides of the mask broke and then last night the plastic whirligig thing in the middle also developed a large crack. Have complained to the supplier - they exchanged the mask twice for me, but will not replace the third time.

Fortunately for me, I have a swift fx that I never used so it has become my mask of choice.

Anyone else experiencing problem with the hard plastic on the pillairo

Just curious

Epoxy is your friend. I have used it to reinforce other masks, even new ones to prevent breaks. Jim

I had the same problem with the plastic clip on the side breaking. I had to buy a replacement headgear that included the clips.

My husband fixed mine with silver duct tape - it never broke again.
