I guess the Subject above says it all.
I've adjusted but I still wake up a bit sore. Is there some kind of padding I can use to place over the forehead "plates?"
Thanks-
Rich

Imprints by Full Face Mask
Well Rich,
There is a test of a PAD A CHEEK product going on now with 10 people from this forum. Let them report back on how effective the pads I made are for them.
If they have suggestions for improvements we should hear about them here, and I will attempt to accomodate the improvements.
Then you can PM me, or CPAP.com may eventually carry them on their site for sale.
Stay tuned, there are always new things coming out.
Thanks
Karen Moore

And I think to myself...... What a Wonderful World
Usually forehead (and cheep) marks usually come from having the mask tightened too much.
I'm a side sleeper and if I sleep on my side I need to make the straps quite tight, and I get the imprints. However, if I can attempt to sleep on my back for most of the night then I can losen the straps and not have the marks and still keep a good mask seal.
I haven't tried this myself, but perhaps a cutout of a sponge or some other material may help alleviate the marks ?

Rich,
Depending on your pressure, if you can loosen up the top straps of the headgear, that might help. I keep mine pretty loose and most of the tension is from the lower straps. I also have my forehead piece set in the top/vertical position.
Hang in there.
