I have been on CPAP a little over 1 month. For me the results have been outstanding. My blood pressure on my doctors visit last Monday was 120/80 in my left arm and 122/82 in my right arm. The doctor has me on half strength Exforge with one medicine removed. So I went from a 3 in 1 pill with double strength to a 2 in 1 pill with half strength. All those here at this wonderful forum helped me get over my fears and roadblocks. Thank you!

Congratulations mabzmuzik!
I was also like you and took to PAP therapy like a duck to water . May you continue to have great success with your therapy and improving health!! The way I look at it, those of us who have an easier time with this form of therapy for SA/OSA have a duty to be there and encourage those who struggle with their journey. Be a hose head cheerleader, if you will .
