Tired & Headache Lately

Heya CPAPTalk Friends,

Does anyone have any advice for me what might be giving me problems? Iv'e been using my CPAP for a couple years now. Yesterday & today I have woken up with a sinus headache that fluxuates in intensity most of the day. Also sensitivity to bright light, sound & feeling pretty tired. (I'm also having trouble with my depression coming back. Not sure if thats related though.) I'm going to wash my CPAP equipment and see if that helps. I generally try and clean the mask daily & the tubes every month or so. But this is a first that iv'e had this much trouble.

I took the day off of work yesterday because I felt so cruddy. (My wife chewed my butt out off & on all day because of it.)

Any ideas or suggestions what could be the cause or what to do about it? Help. (Just want to sleep......)

Maybe NOT a sinus headache; the light sensitivity makes me think migraine.
DH has them and his mother did, but not I (knock on wood)
Others may see this, when it hits the top.

I gave the whole CPAP system a good washing last night and (so far) i'm feeling a bit better this morning. {Fingers crossed}
