swift fx nano mask

Post by herefishy » Sun Oct 13, 2013 8:43 am

Am going to order a cushion to try with my fx headgear, and wondered if anyone has experience with their sizing? I wear a standard in most masks, and wonder if that would be the one to use with the Nano.

Probably...try this sizing guide from cpap.com for the Nano:

Note that after you print it out there's a measuring scale on it that you can check to be sure that it's been printed out at the same size on your end that it was generated with by ResMed.

If you have ever tried the Wisp, I find that the small Nano is quite close to the Wisp s/m in size.

I printed out the sizing guide to try the sizes. The small cut out laid right against the side of my nose and the standard had just a hair of space on each side of my nose when laid in place. I called Cpap.com and the girl there told me she wouldn't recommend buying the small. I ordered the standard and I'm quite pleased. The way it inflates, I'm glad I didn't order the small, because the standard has just that little extra to allow me to adjust the cushion a bit for a more comfortable fit.

That was my experience, too...the fitting guide showed the "Small" as fitting, but just barely touching my nose, maybe *smile*. The "Standard" was definitely the right size for me.

Thanks for the replies, I'll go just a hair larger than the sizing template.

Too bad Re$Med has chosen NOT to offer a fit pack. {{{At least P/R does with the Wisp}}}.
I probably ordered the right size when I tried the Nano, but the design just didn't work for me.
