Perhaps this is really cheeky of me to ask, but is there any generous soul out there who can someone download my sleepyhead data and give me their opinion? I don't need someone to commit a lot of time, just someone who can poke around in it for a few minutes? I am getting great results (AHI is consistently between 1.8 and 2.8 every night. But even after 2.5 months of treatment I don't feel any better. I literally feel 0% better, even though my AHI is supposedly around 40 when I am lying on my side without treatment.
I'm wondering if maybe there is something I'm missing.
Yes, I could post screen shots but maybe the flow rate stuff (which needs to be examined in a more detailed manner, not in a screen shot) can tell me something useful?
I thought that my problem might be my sleep hygiene (I was going to sleep at 4:00 AM every day) so I changed my schedule to sleep at 12:00 AM instead. It makes no difference. And I suspect that if I went to sleep even earlier (like 11 PM) it would make no different as well.

Everyone will probably say to get the software for your machine, take a screenshot of the data rows and post it to the forums .

Are you waking up during the night?
Why were you going to bed at 4:00am?
How many hours of sleep are you getting each night?
All of these things can give you lousy sleep but reasonably good AHI numbers.

Re: Can someone analyze my sleepyhead data?
If your hours of sleep are adequate and data ends up looking good, you may want to look at things like other medical conditions, medication side effects, limb movements during sleep, etc. Maybe your data will reveal something you can tweak to improve things. How does your sleep feel - broken and restless or does it seem ok?
