Cannot download data to Sleepyhead--help please

I have downloaded the sleepyhead program, and my Mac recognizes the smart card, but when I try to import the data nothing happens. Any suggestions?

The only time this happened to me I had forgotten to change my mask type when I went from pillows to a nasal mask. Sleepyhead told me there was no data there. When I fixed the mask type, the card had the data.

Also be sure you have Sleepyhead open and request the import - I have a PC, so don't know the name of the menu on the Mac.

What is the model and number of your XPAP machine? If you have a RemStar 60 series, you will have to download a separate patch after you downloaded SH for Mac. The version that you end up with should read: v.0.9.2-3 (Click on Sleepyhead in the menu bar, and then click on "about SleepyHead" to see the version you downloaded. With the mac version software and its patch, you will have no problem downloading data. Make sure you push the small plastic tab on the left side of the SD card down before putting it in the computer, and then sliding it back up once its out, and before you put it into the CPAP machine. Macs will write some sort of code onto the SD card if this safeguard isn't practiced on the SD card. I'm not sure what happens if you don't do it, or if the Data becomes corrupted somehow. But it probably won't do anything to interfere with its function if you already did so.

Thanks KIE. I have a REMstar Pro C-Flex+ model 460. The SH menu bar says that I have version 9.2. So I guess I need the patch. Where so I find it?

I have the same machine, and I use SH on my Mac without any problems.
