Does your head got hot laying on the pillow at night? Found a solution - Chillow Pillow (Chillow.com). It is a flat plastic two sided pillow that you activate with water, then you can sleep on it, or put it inside your pillow case. It keep your head cool while you are sleeping, I found out that it works pretty good at keeping my head resting on something cooler than just my pillow.

Additional Comments: Contour Pillow, Climate Control Hose, EPR turned off . Hose management - spring clamp on headboard suspend hose above head & pillow level.

Buckwheat hull pillows are also said to be cool.
We used to flip and fluff our feather pillows. (they don't make them like that anymore)
But maybe that's why I always had allergies---hmm.
