Breeze mask: modifications please!

I just started using a Puritan Bennet Breeze mask. LOVE it, no straps on my face, easy on/off. EXCEPT: to get it to fit my head right I have to extend out the metal slide bar in back, and when I roll onto my back it cuts into my scalp. I've heard there are some modifications people have tried, and there's supposed to be a "lab rat" page with these mods available. Can't seem to find it. Any suggestions?
