The Respironics REMstar Auto M Series with A-Flex is just like the REMstar Auto with C-Flex, except for one key feature. A-Flex functions exactly like C-Flex on exhalation. On inhalation however, A-Flex technology increases pressure gradually and avoids both sharp increases in pressure and pressure levels that are too high. So with A-Flex you get pressure relief during both exhalation and inhalation.

No, it is a discontinued model...discontinued winter 2009/2010. Replaced by the PR System One 550 machine which we now have the 560 machine model.
It is a full data machine..for the data it collected at the time. Will need a special card reader to utilize the software which costs around $45. It does NOT collect Clear airway or RERA events. There is no wave form flow rate graphs.
Otherwise the reports are pretty much the same. The M Series Auto is what I first started my therapy with.
