SleepyHead Not Accepting Import Data

Post by Papit » Sat Aug 17, 2013 5:03 pm

SH accepted imported sleep data from my SD card up to and including Wednesday morning, 8/14, but none after that date. ResScan continues showing my data and graphs, so the card seems to be ok. I just uninstalled and reinstalled SH v0.9.3-0 The problem persists. Anybody else seeing this? Any ideas? Thanks.

Any messages from SleepyHead? Like "no new data found"...or anything? or is it just a big goose egg?

With the reinstall...create a new user profile and see if it picks up the old data by chance.

The "Importing Data" green progress line at the bottom appears for a second or so and disappears, suggesting that the data is being imported properly. But the new data and graphs do not appear. No error messages appear.

I like your new profile idea and will give it a shot. Thanks, Pugsy.

Well, that didn't work. Same problem. Wouldn't display recent few days data or graphs even though ResScan did.

I also tried to purge the past few days of "non"-data and the last good day of displayed graphs. I couldn't even do that. The purge data function under the Data menu is not working.

Tis a puzzle.

So I uninstalled 0.9.3 and reinstalled 0.9.1 and the data imported well with graphs properly displayed. PROBLEM SOLVED. If you're seeing flaky performance, you might want to try this out.

Would you mind telling me what type of computer and operating system you put the SleepyHead software onto? I had the identical problem after the very first time I ran SH on my Mac desk top computer in July running Snow Leopard, Operating System 10.6. Got my first five days of data, all with AHI numbers in the thousands, and then nothing will load up after that initial run.

I am curious if this problem in unique to Mac computers.

Thanks
