I'm a little over two weeks in, and it's going pretty well. No huge noticeable changes, but I feel like I'm sleeping pretty well, and I'm not struggling to cope with the machine overnight.
I have a Quattro FX, and just got a Swift FX w/chin strap to try as well 3 nights ago. First night, used the Swift FX and the strap, the past two nights used just the Swift FX. Boy, is it great. In fact, last night it only flagged 3 events all night with almost zero leaks!
A few nights ago, the machine flagged a bunch of centrals during the time that I was being woken by the alarm, snoozing it a bit, and tossing and turning as I decided to catch a few more ZZzz. Is this normal? Not really centrals but related to "wake-up" activities?
Thanks.

Re: Centrals during wake up time period
congratulations! looks like things are going in the right direction! i noticed the centrals at wakeup points on my data also. from what I gathered from more experienced members, they are nothing to worry about unless you are having tons of them.
good luck! Oak

Re: Centrals during wake up time period
Centrals when you are falling asleep and when you are starting to awaken are normal and cannot be fixed with CPAP. Restlessness causes centrals.
