Request advice on what to look for as I'm waking up tired lately.
Here are the results from last night.
What do you suggest I concentrate on fixing?
PS: Let me know if you need a different sleepyhead or encore basic report.

The MD said my tongue is too big for my throat. For $100K, he could move the tongue attachment forward, and then cut both lower mandibles and move them forward and then enlarge the lower mandible. I replied "I'll use the machine, thank you."

Leaks need fixing for sure. See those light green bars in the dark green Large leak bar? Those lighter green bars are time in large leak. Too many of them and lasting too long.
Not only are they into large leak territory where therapy can be impaired...they could also be causing sleep disruptions which also affect how a person feels the next day.
So mask and leaks needs work.
Will it help resolve your issues? Unknown to be honest but since they need to be fixed anyway...gotta get that part done first.
BTW...are your nights all fragmented with large blocks of time where you don't use the machine? Why?
That in itself will greatly affect how you feel each day.
Short fragmented sessions will reek havoc on how a body feels the next day...cpap machine or not.
Need minimum of 6 hours of CONTINUOUS use (preferably 7 to 8 hours) with minimal to none sleep fragmentation or awakenings to have the best chance to feel better.

As pugsy says, leaks are a problem.
But a bigger problem is the pattern of usage.
Night (first picture): Bedtime is 12:25 and you take the mask off about an hour later at 1:25. You don't put the mask back on until 5:10AM. So, what happened between 1:25 and 5:10??? Sleeping without the mask on for almost 4 hours? That's enough to explain the tiredness. Out of bed for almost 4 hours because you couldn't sleep? That's enough to explain the tiredness.
Daytime nap (second picture): Nap starts at 3:00pm and lasts for almost 3 hours. That's long enough to cause problems with both getting to sleep and staying asleep once bedtime comes. And since you posted the data on the morning of 7/29/13 and the nap occurred on the afternoon of 7/28, the question becomes: What about last night? Did you simply choose to not use the machine at all?? Or did you stay up all night because of the three hour nap in the afternoon?
So yes, work on fixing those leaks.
But just as important (MORE important) is to fix the usage pattern: Be honest with yourself about both your usage and your sleep patterns. In other words, address these questions:
When do you go to bed each night?
When do you want to wake up?
How often do you take naps that are two or three hours long?
Do the naps interfere with your night time sleeping?
How often do you sleep without the machine?

Have you tried a full face mask? Or at least taping for a couple of nights to see if it makes a difference? If you mouth breathe while asleep you lose all the therapy air that way, but a FF mask allows you to sleep with your mouth open but not lose the air.
