I just upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. I had been running Encore Viewer V1.0 with the Infineer USB smart card reader. Does anyone know if that will run as-is on Windows 7? If not where is the most reasonable place to get a replacement product? Thanks in advance.

Viewer 1.0 won't run on Windows 7. I am not sure about Viewer 2.0, I seem to remember it would work but only on the 32 bit version. Your best bet is Encore Basic, I have it running on Windows 7 64 bit. Sending you a PM with the link to it, give it a try.
