Here's a Philips Respironics BiPap autoSV Advanced (DS950). It's Respironics ASV offering.

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=84304&p=829592&hili ... le#p829592

As a 50-series machine, it does not have the built-in heated hose. The seller is included a Hibernite
heated hose, however.

I have one I'm trying to sell myself... looking for the S9 in the meantime. Thanks though.

If you need to use an ASV machine, shouldn't you wait until you get a Resmed S9 Vpap adapt BEFORE you sell your Respironics system one asv machine? Maybe you'll find that you like the respironics machine better.

I think you're in for a surprise when you switch to the S9.
I'll bet you won't look back.

That's my hope anyway. Did you start with the Respironics?

not sure if this is what you are looking for, but was on craigslist-
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/hab/3881299375.html
Respironics REMstar ResMed S9 VPAP Auto system with H5i humidifier -
whoever posted this definitely was a bit confused on the model/manufacturer of the unit, as they put two different name brands for it- it is a ResMed from the photos on the craigslist ad
Machine: ResMed AirSense 11 Autoset

The craigslist link above and subsequent description seem fairly typical to me, having looked at a lot of them over the years. However, for somebody living in the SF Bay area I'd advice contacting the individual and arranging to meet in person and test the machine. All others proceed with caution. Also check the run hours. That's a very low price, plus S9 VPAP Adapts are usually crazy expensive, but they do provide unique corrective therapy if your sleep difficulties transcend the realm of regular auto CPAPs. EDIT: If you do inspect the machine make sure it says VPAP Adapt on the front panel... pictures on the internet can be misrepresented. Also: Using this machine in conjunction with a sleep doctor is good advice

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

If you look up the Resmed code as in the pics it is a Vpap Adapt: http://www.resmed.com/us/products/s9_vp ... c=patients
