Not sure what this is about, not another night in the past month that looks like it. Must be aliens

If that is what happens when aliens visit...they can visit me anytime. In 5 years my AHI has never been that low.

Normally, my events are spread out much more and in the wee hours of the morning. To have most of them in one 15 minute period with a ton of snore was unusual.

I am happy with the AHI to be sure, that concentration of events was disconcerting.

I hope you are feeling well. I have had nights where my AHI looked good but I felt like crap because my sleep was constantly disturbed. At least the aliens didn't stay long.

No...they left her house and came to visit me.
Though I suppose I could blame things on the weather and old timer's rheumatism aches pains.
The little buggers must have been real busy last night.

OMG, what if my husband was trying to strangle me in my sleep.....maybe slowly with my hose. Thank goodness he gave up after a few minutes

If it was me it would most likely be me dreaming of strangling my DH with the hose. At least everyone survived last night.
