It's a common problem...taking the mask off in the middle of the night and not remembering doing it so can't stop the unwanted removal.

Please add your equipment to your profile so we know exactly what you are using and can give you maybe some more specific ideas.

If you aren't having any issues with the mask that might explain removing it (discomfort or leaks) it could just be the brain noticing the alien entity on your face and wanting to get rid of it. This is fairly common and usually goes away with time and experience.
How to limit the chance of this happening....some people have worn mittens to bed to help limit the hands and fingers from being able to pull the mask off or unhooking it.
Some people have used a little tape ....tape the mask down to the face in a couple of areas so that when you attempt to remove the mask while asleep the discomfort of the tape pulling on the skin will cause you to wake up and stop the unwanted behavior of removing the mask.

How much sleep are you getting with the mask and without? Software reports? If it is 30 minutes right before wake up time that isn't nearly so bad as if you are taking the mask off 2 hours into the therapy and you have 6 hours of sleep without the mask.
