PR system One 560p Data

Post by a1albert » Mon Jun 03, 2013 8:29 pm

I just bought a used PR System One 560p with 400 hours from a sleep study. I do not have the clinical manual and there is a lot of old data on it that I would like to clear. I can get into the doctor setup and see a reset data but not sure how to reset it, how do I reset the data? I down loaded SleepyHead and it seems to work ok but I would also would like to use my Encore Pro 2 that I used on my M series. My Encore software version is 2.4.12.2 and data base version 2.3.1.46 . I get an error that says, Therapy data on this media is not valid and was not saved when I try to download the data from the SD card. Do I need an upgraded version of Encore Pro2 to read the data from my PR System One?

Yes, you need at least Encore Pro 2.11 or Encore Basic 2.2.

Click on the "reset data" menu thing and then hold the round button and ramp button down at the same time for 5 or 10 seconds (I forget which but I think it beeps)..then go back to AHI numbers to see if they are set to 0.0...then you know it has worked.

Check your PM box in a few minutes. I will send you some information on EncoreBasic. It offers the exact same reports as Encore Pro but it is simpler to use, smaller and has much less problems installing and using. Trust me....I have both and the only thing extra you get with Pro is a bunch of headaches.

Get the clinical manual from apneaboard.com.

You can do the reset from the machine itself. No software needed.

I included a download link for the provider manual in my private message.
