Finally i got zeo mobile. Today i couldnt upload to the server , even i can register as a user.
The first question for me: Is´t normal this graph ?



I take 2 gr of melatonine and more things to sleep !!!

My sleepy head night was:




Are apnea the problem or have i insomnia?
What a horrible sleep !! Please help

So you have a Zeo Pro? The one that is supposed to work with your smartphone?
Maybe the owner of the software will allow developers to create a standalone program based on the code;
but I don't know who even owns the intellectual property, or what their plans are yet.
At least with the Bedside model, I still have access to a modicum of information--no idea what you can get from the Pro.

What are you trying to get out of this electronics?

How about practicing good sleep hygiene? Making sure your CPAP is doing its job? Eating a good diet? Eliminating all sources of caffeine? Having a reasonable exercise period every day? Having some relaxation every day? Reviewing your medications with a doctor to see if there is a problem (many medications hurt sleep)?

Those are the things that will get you to good sleep. Electronics not so much.

Typical today - just want to push a button or take a pill. Usually doesn't help.

You can't solve problems you can't see and you can't control processes that you can't measure. I really don't see self monitoring as an artifact of a take-a-pill/quick-fix mentality. If anything I feel it is more like taking ownership of a problem. The better you understand something the more likely you're able to take appropriate actions. You give a laundry list of things augaxp should be doing, and for all you know he may be doing this stuff. The question is how is he supposed to know what is effective? The sad truth is that talking to your doctor isn't always going to yield satisfactory results.

I bought a zeos on closeout, paid all of $25 for it, and have zero regrets. It illustrated the extent of my sleeping disorder. I didn't proceed to grab a hand full of pills and a six pack to "solve" the problem. I educated myself, got medical help and started lurking on forums like this one. I understand there are a number of folks who simply want to take their "bad numbers" to an expert and pay them to turn them into "good numbers". The pharmaceutical companies cater to this lot every day and make quite a bit of spare change in the process. I just don't think that those are the kind of folks who are likely to have their own EEG (or to be asking questions in forums like this).

Keep up the good work aguaxp, I went to a couple dozen Grateful Dead concerts back in the day; and I knew a lot of people who didn't put much thought into altering their brain chemistry. The results were not always pretty.

I'm not sure if mine is the Pro, but it is the Mobile version and works with my Droid Smartphone (not on their list, but it works). It allows me to email the report with the graph, which looks like what the OP posted. That's how I was getting my reports - emailing them to my personal account, then printing them.

I never did much on the Zeo website anyway -- I just went by the report from the Smartphone.

By that logic, when you're doing a cardio workout at the gym on the exercise bike or treadmill, you shouldn't use a heart monitor, either.

I completely agree with Diggah. If you want to improve your sleep, you have to have an objective, concrete measurement of how good your sleep is to begin with so you can track your improvement. All those things you mentioned are indeed exactly some of the things that should be investigated, but in the end you have to know what works and what doesn't, and you won't know that without a measurement.

It works. With the mobile unit you can email the report that contains the graph right from your smartphone.

I have insomnia ,hipersomnia, ADD, depression , diabetes type 1, and sleep apnea. All in one package. I need estimulant , antidepressant, sport time , ... and mental capabilities to manage everything, and ... i live alone.

I bought zeo mobile too late , myzeo.com is closed, but i dont regret it. I m searching for sensors replacements.
