I like the topic, those people need our prayers and help.

But I cant say i like your NIC too much. Deer slayer?

How hard is it for a human to shoot a deer? I trust youre doing this for food, not for sport.

Would seem strange "enjoying" slaughtering an innocent animal as beautiful as a deer.

I always thought his avatar was a reference to the film The Deer Hunter--and impossible choices.
Of course, venison is very tasty.
(edit here) But you changed the subject!
All the rest of us are thinking of humans--not animals, in OK.
I'm sure there are animals suffering in Oklahoma, but priorities! Really!

Following it closely and relieved to hear from family in Moore that they are ok. Saddened by all I'm seeing. Anyone know if there is any organization that coordinates useds CPAPs for those without the means to replace lost goods?

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. I'm about 20 miles north of where the tornado hit. I already had the TV on this afternoon to stay on top of the storms. I sat in stunned disbelief as that monster develop and grow larger and larger as it tracked across Moore. The loss of life is horrible, especially the children. And yes, many animals were affected, too. I just heard that 70 horses were killed at ther Orr Family Farm. They are saying this is the worst tornado ever. I am emotionally drained from watching it all.

We lost power about 5:00, so went to run some errands and ended up at my in-laws for dinner. We returned home about 9 and had power. I have no idea how long it was off, but I'm grateful I will be able to sleep in my own bed tonight. There are far too many people who have no bed tonight. I wish I knew the answer to the question about CPAPs. Maybe I can make some calls tomorrow and find out.

ETA: 51 confirmed dead. 20 of those are children.

Tomorrow is supposed to be the same, plus the storm is moving to the east. Let's pray for no more carnage.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
