Encore Basic Question

Post by porete » Sun May 19, 2013 6:38 pm

My Dad's first return appt. since getting his machine (PRS1 AUTO 560P) is tomorrow. I took his card to the DME to get the official reports to bring to his MD, but the guy said that the card could not be read. The software kept telling him to "Contact Customer Service." Therefore, I wasn't able to get his reports for his appt. tomorrow. However, he gave me the card to bring back home to see if I can get sleepyhead to read it. I didn't have an issue with Sleepyhead reading the card. Maybe something is buggy in his software. However, I am now stuck with no reports to bring the his MD. She will not be able to make heads or tails out of the SH data.

I know that a lot of you use Encore Basic, but I have been a little squeamish because it's a copyrighted program. Would it be okay (legal) if I used it to print my Dad's data? If so, will someone please PM me the link to download it.
Also, if that's not an option, can someone give me some pointers as to what to print from SH to bring to his MD? Maybe I can help her understand the graphs.
Thanks, Porete

Not a problem with legality. Check you're PM's.

Thank you, just didn't want to get into trouble using copyrighted software I didn't pay for.
