remstar system one 60 series making noise

Anyone have issues with remstar system one making a whistling like sound on exhale. Seems to come from motor like its winding down. My pressure is 13 with cflex+ set to 3 an non heated hose humidipher.

Does the sound lessen when you turn Cflex+ off?
