Hi.
I'm looking at getting one of these Chinese made CPAP or AutoPAp machines.... primarily because of the low cost.
(I am not insured for CPAP therapy and I am a bit leery about buying a foreign made CPAP).

Can anyone weigh in on with any info about these units I would be appreciated.

One's experience with either the CPAP or Auto-PAP from RESmart
Worth getting ? Is it a quality unit ?
Can I trust foreign made products ?
How do they compare to ResMed and Respironics products ?
RESmart Recommendations ... Please Help
Re: RESmart Recommendations ... Please Help
Are you self diagnosing and self treating or have you had a sleep study and have a prescribed pressure already?
If you will answer that question we will have a better idea what to recommend and save you some money.
I wouldn't get either of those 2 machines. I would stick with a Respironics PR System One machine.
It is an excellent machine and a full data machine with easy to obtain and use software.
ResMed is also excellent but the PR S1 is just as good but cost less.
Those cheap (not really all that cheaper dollarwise) machines don't have the market share and no history with many patients. None here on the forum. We can't help with those machines. I don't know of one forum member here that has the Resmart brand machine. They are playing off ResMed name. No one here can offer you any comparison. I would stick with the tried and true.
Would you be opposed to slightly used machine with low hours on it if it saves you a lot of money?
See this thread for why we harp on full data machines.

I'd say these are minimal data bricks; no waveform data at all. Does not use SD card technology; I'd rather have a good S8 Autoset than one of these, or better yet a gently used newer model from Second Wind Cpap. my opinion only

Check out the above link.
The PR S1 autos that mcdover offers will do everything you need them to do and are much better machines than the other machines you were looking at.
He is also a trusted seller...you can trust that what he says is the truth and you get exactly what he says you will get and very promptly.
I have bought from him in the past and would do so again if he had what I needed.
Slightly used doesn't hurt a thing.

In addition, you CAN'T rely on the prices as shown on a web site, such as https://www.cpap.com if you want to get the best price. You need to call or email them. They are bound by an agreement that prevents them from posting their bottom-line sale price, but if you call you'll get a MUCH better deal. I sure did!
Sleep loss is a terrible thing. People get grumpy, short-tempered, etc. That happens here even among the generally friendly. Try not to take it personally.
