How to insert data card Properly,

Post by Shudso14 » Sat Apr 06, 2013 5:42 pm

For awile now I dont really know when but my data card is not insereted into my machine. Everytime I inserted it just says waiting and keeps fliping an hour glass. Does anyone know how to insert your data card and have it read your data properly. Thank you for your help,

Shudso, could you please go into your profile and load the name of your machine? Some machines are a little persnickety with the data card, for some reason. (I believe they are the s9's?)

I always put mine gold side down and toward the machine - pushing until it clicks into place. If you are doing this and the machine isn't reading it, you may have an issue with your machine (an S9, perhaps?) or the card itself may need to be replaced.

That is the internal Software Version of a ResMed S9 Series machine.

Now, the only Question is WHICH machine.

Look for the name on the top left of the machine & list it here.
