Encore Pro2 issue/question

Encore Pro2 issue/question

Hi there,

Just tried to login to encore pro 2 ... it says can not check database version
it has never stated that before...

any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

Never heard of that message.
Were you still able to import and get your data or does the whole thing just give up?
Which version of Pro are you using?

Hi Wolftracker,

had you solved this issue? I"m having the same problem and cannot launch Encore Pro2 due to the check SQL version problem.

For all its worth....I solved this issue.

Went to SQL Server Configuration Manager, went to SQL Server Services and started the SQLSERVER (ENCORE PRO2) service.

Encore Pro2 then worked.
