Is there a med size one? I have small med BUT its really small ..The only other size I was given was large ex large.. TOO big. Is there only 2 sizes ??

Yes, My new wisp only came with the 2 cushions.
If the smaller one is too small then you will need to use the larger one, Adjusting of the straps should allow for proper placement over the nose.

It took me 2 days of playing with adjustments to get a good fit (placement).

I also thought I needed an in between sized cushion until I played around with adjustments.
