Re: Free Used LT
jdm, I don't need the mask but I know of someone who just got diagnosed and has no health insurance, is badly in need of some donations including a machine. I'll email him and ask him to get in touch with you here or via PM. Stand by...jdm2857 wrote:If someone could use it, I have a used ResMed Swift LT mask with S (unused) and M & L pillows (used).

You have BC/BS insurance paying 100%...Leave the mask for someone without insurance.tye wrote:I would love to have it. I'm looking for a good mask also

Re: Free Used Swift LT Mask
Thanks LSAT. I don't know the guy I was referring to, he had just posted to another cpap forum that he needs to keep his CDL and has a family to support and no medical insurance. He was asking about how to obtain a machine but I figured he's probably also going to need mask(s). I suggested he come to our forum and check out jdm's two mask posts but I don't know how if he will. jdm, if you want to reach out to him, his request is over on the freecpapadvice.com forum and his post is titled "can anybody help" http://www.freecpapadvice.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=8LSAT wrote:You have BC/BS insurance paying 100%...Leave the mask for someone without insurance.tye wrote:I would love to have it. Please tell your friend to check out the Reggie White Foundation at http://www.reggiewhitefoundation.org. Tell him to just use the contact us section and someone will get back to him right away. They sent me a humidifier for my PR System One free of charge and they sent me a Breeze mask that did't suit me, but I got to trade it for a GoLife for women on this forum that works for a back up. My favorite is still my Optilife. Also tell him to call around to his local DMEs and see if any of the participate in Respironics charity care program that's how I got my free machine. It's not top of the line, but it's not horrible either. I only needed straight C-Pap and I got a 450. I know how to reset it and turn it into an auto and I did it once, but my AHI was higher when it was on auto than just with a straight pressure.
