Snoring and Sleep Apnea

If your apnea is connected with snoring problems like mine was, please check out this product: Chinup Strips. They work and I have been sleeping very well. If you have any questions that I can answer from my experience using them I will be glad to answer them. I started out using a cpap because of mild apnea but I just wanted to find an alternative. I have been looking and trying different chin straps for about a year now. I ran accross this product about 2 months ago and they work. I can actually use a strip twice so they are not expensive. I just wanted to share this with everyone.
