OT - For the gals. Anyone here had breast reconstruction?

I am looking at prophylactic bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. Probably a "muscle-sparing free TRAM flap" procedure. Has anyone any experience with this, or similar reconstruction? I'd love to hear your stories.

Yes I've had a DIEP which is almost the exact same procedure and am actually at a breast cancer conference right now. I'll come back and give you way more info when I'm home.
