Just got my machine this morning and my nap results:

Post by Jewels109 » Fri Feb 22, 2013 5:16 pm

Usage 2.8 hrs
Ahi 2.1
Pressure 7.0
Leak 14L/min
Total AI 2.1
Central AI 1.4
Per full time
Per level 3
Per inhale med
Is this good considering I got it today at noon and just took a nap?

It's definitely not bad, but it's too soon to tell whether or not the pressure is right for you.

It is good that you were able to sleep with the machine on the first go.

I was just THAT exhausted!!!! I had the best nap EVER!!! this will definitely not be a big deal for me!!!! I had separate sleep studies with the titration on its own and I put it on at 8pm fell right to sleep and woke up at 5am ready to go.... I just didn't know if those numbers were good for a nap? I'll post what my night was like tomorrow.... We shall see if I'm still confident in myself hahahahaha

The numbers are good enough, but there's not enough data yet to tell if your settings are optimal. You're off to a great start, though.

Is your machine set to log efficacy data, or just usage? If not, you'll want to change that.

Hold down the dial and setup (lower) button for 3 seconds.
Turn the dial to go down one, then push the dial.
Scroll down to "sleep quality". Push the dial again. Turn dial to select "On". Then push the dial again.
Push the setup button twice to exit the menus.

The headache is not all that abnormal. Your brain was probably getting sufficient O2 and didn't know what to do . Hopefully you won't have many more of those mornings.

Sometimes the headaches are related to neck issues. Neck gets in a weird position due to sleeping with the alien stuck on our face.
Maybe need to re-evaluate the bed pillow and comfort.
